If you would like to request a refund for a conference ticket at the Horses To Humans Live Event 2023, you can do this in writing within 14 calendar days of purchase. Please note: Cancelations made after 14 days of booking are non-refundable, however, you can transfer your ticket to someone else up to 10 working days before the event opens (we reserve the right to charge a £10 admin fee for doing so). No shows are non-refundable.

UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES

The HTH Live 2023 programme is subject to change at any time without prior notice. Horses To Humans cannot guarantee the attendance of any exhibitor or speaker, or that any scheduled event will take place. Horses To Humans will not be held liable and no reimbursement will be made, in the event of the cancellation or modification of the times, dates, sessions and/or events of HTH2023 as a result of an event that is beyond Horses To Humans’s control, including but not limited to inclement weather, earthquake, flood, or other act of God, war, invasion, act of foreign enemy, hostilities, riot, national state of emergency, plague, act/threat of terrorism, civil unrest, strikes or other labour disputes, or any other similar or related event which delays or prevents any or all of HTH2023.
